Plan library

A plan is a versioned template. Assign it to a team or a rep, clone it to start a variant, and model it before it goes live. Editing a live plan bumps the version and asks every affected rep to re-accept.

Rep assignments Reassign a plan, and the ramp, effective quota and statements all re-derive. Nothing is live until the rep accepts.
